Block dates in your ad calendar
On your publication settings page you can now exclude specific dates from your ad calendar. These same dates will also be excluded from your metrics and fill rates.
Use it for any special day your publication will not run. Everyone needs some well deserved holidays :)
Notify multiple customer’s contacts
Mark multiple contacts as “contactable“
Each customer has a primary contact, but many of you asked to be able to reach out to multiple contacts at once via the automations. This is handy if more than one person should receive reporting for example.
Surprise surprise! Now multiple customer’s contacts can be marked as “contactable” in Sponsy’s CRM ✨
Don’t forget to also update your automations’ actions to notify the customer contacts instead of only the primary one based on your ad flow.

Your advertiser can see their ad performance via the Customer Portal
When connecting with your ESP we sync all data points we can find: unique clicks, opens, sends, and more.
Metrics reporting are a great way to increase your advertiser satisfaction mid and after campaign, but too much information can also be confusing for some.
That’s why you now can completely customize which metrics should be shown in the portal to your customers.

You could write private comments on the ad slot itself, but as many of you suggested it would be awesome to have the same on the customer profile.
