Shoot emails to your advertisers in a snap without leaving the platform

✉️ Send emails from Sponsy

Switching between Sponsy and your email client just to send a quick message can be repetitive.

Now, you can connect your email account directly to Sponsy, allowing you to send emails without leaving the platform.

You can add multiple email accounts of different types—whether from Google Workspace or personal addresses. When connecting a new email, simply choose the one that suits your needs.

Two easy ways to send emails from Sponsy

📩 From a booked ad slot – Open any ad slot, scroll to the bottom, and click Send Email.


📩 From a selected customer – Hover over the customer and click the icon next to their contact email to open the email composer.

Connecting multiple accounts in Sponsy is also useful when a colleague is on vacation—you can keep sending emails from their account to the advertisers they manage.

Note: Currently, you can quickly connect Google accounts. Are you using another provider? Feel free to email [email protected], or simply use the IMAP/SMTP connection option to get started.

Until now, only workspace owners received notifications when an order was placed on a Storefront. This was a bit limiting. Now, you can customize who receives order notifications for each storefront directly in the settings. 🙌
