🛍️ Sell More with Your Customer Portal

The Customer Portal is where all communication with your advertisers happens. You've been using it to gather assets and approvals, deliver reports, process payments, and more. Now, you can also use it to upsell more ad inventory.
You can now embed a Storefront directly into your Customer Portal, allowing advertisers to book more ads self-serve without needing to reach out.

How It Works
Setting it up is simple. In your Customer Portal settings, enable the Storefront tab and select which storefront will be available across all Customer Portals.

You can also customize the storefront for each advertiser, showing them a dedicated storefront tailored to their needs. Go to their Advertiser Profile in Sponsy CRM and select the storefront you want them to see.

Alternatively, assign advertisers directly within Storefront settings.

You can create as many Storefronts as you need, each with its own settings.
For example, you can let advertisers select candidate dates they're interested in without requiring immediate payment. Or you can let them pick dates, provide assets and pay straight away.
