Sync closed won deals from HubSpot to Sponsy

The time has come!

Literally everyone using HubSpot and Sponsy has been waiting for this.

Back in April, the first version of the our native HubSpot integration has been released. That enabled you to seamlessly sync companies and contacts from your HubSpot Account to Sponsy. No more copy-paste of customer data between systems. Noice!

But there was a problem. A piece of the puzzle was missing.

Yes, because if you’re using HubSpot to store your contacts, you 100% use it to manage your entire deal pipeline. And when a deal is won - kudos to you! - you need to book your campaign in Sponsy making sure no line items is lost in between. That’s a manual process which needs coordination between sales and ad ops.

After a deal closes, wouldn’t be cool to automatically have the full campaign with line items ready to be scheduled in Sponsy?

That’s exactly what this new version of our native HubSpot integration does!

Enabling it is straightforward. Head over your integrations’s page and select HubSpot, then start mapping your placements to your products:

After you’re done, enable the feature and the magic will happen!

Turn on the sync of closed won deals from HubSpot to Sponsy

Once you toggle the Deals feature on, every deal that gets into the closed won section will be recreated as a Deal in Sponsy with the appropriate items ready to be scheduled in your ad calendar 🙌

Ad inventory filters got a facelift

Couple of days ago we got this clever request from Tad of Around Town Media:

After playing a bit with it, guess what? He was totally right!

Filters had a different way to be reset, and additionally there was no way to clean all filters at once.

We got back to the drawing board and redesigned the ad inventory filters from scratch 👇
