FEATURE
đź’¬ Easily Collaborate on Deals

Deals can now appear in your Customer Portal, and you can communicate directly with your advertisers on them.

đź’ˇ Need a refresher on Deals? Check out our docs.

What’s New?

  • Add comments directly on a deal to chat with advertisers—just like with any ad slot.

  • Make a deal public to display it in the customer portal.

  • @mention teammates or advertisers when viewing a deal in the Sponsy dashboard.

  • Filter public and private conversations via the top right toggle

How to Enable Deals in the Customer Portal

To add the new Deals tab in your portals, go to Settings → Portal and enable it. This setting is disabled by default.

Enjoy these new improvements to Deals, making it easier to communicate seamlessly with your advertiser throughout the entire campaign! 🙌

FEATURE
🤝 HubSpot’s Deal Stage selection

Sponsy natively integrates with HubSpot, allowing you to send won deals directly to Sponsy and schedule them in your ad calendar.

This is a game-changer for HubSpot users, letting you leverage the best of both worlds:

  • HubSpot as your CRM to close deals.

  • Sponsy to manage the entire campaign—from date selection to post-campaign reporting.

By default, only Closed Won deals are automatically imported from HubSpot to Sponsy. But we know every workflow is different—so now, you can customize which pipeline and stage trigger the import!

Shoutout to the Alanna at TLDR for requesting this feature! 🙏
