Don’t ask your advertiser to lookup their slot in the portal. Send a direct link to the slot instead. Overall, this provides a way better experience to your amazing advertisers.

Go over to your email template and update the “customer_portal_url“ variable to “customer_portal_slot_url“. Here’s how it will look when landing into the portal
