Streamline your deals management

FEATURE
🗂️ Archive Deals in Bulk

Start the new year fresh with Sponsy by tidying up your Deals!

By default, all your deals appear on the Kanban board. Now, you can easily archive multiple deals at once to declutter your workspace—no more tedious one-by-one archiving.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Click the three dots at the top right of any deal card.

  2. Select “Select Many.”

  3. Click on the deals you want to archive.

  4. Once you’re done, tap “Archive” on the bottom bar.

Need to revisit archived deals? No problem! Nothing gets deleted. Simply apply the “Show Archived” filter, and you’re all set.

Many thanks to our power user Tad from NWA Daily for the feature request!

FEATURE
🤖 Send Automated Emails to Contact Point

Automation is a core feature of Sponsy, designed to help you streamline repetitive tasks in ad management. Configure it once, and let it run forever.

We’ve just added a powerful new action to your automation toolkit: the ability to send automated emails to the customer contact point.

Who is the customer contact point?
It’s the team member listed in the customer portal as the primary point of contact for your advertiser. They’re the go-to person for all communications. You can specify it in the customer profile in Sponsy’s CRM.

With this new feature, you can automatically notify the designated contact point whenever an ad is updated in the customer portal—or for any other scenario that arises in your day-to-day operations.

A big shoutout to Daniel from TLDR for this very useful addition to Sponsy!
